- Quinoa
- Cucumber
- Fresh parsley – dried flakes if fresh not available
- Sophisticated Syrup “Lime Merry Mint” flavor
Instructions
- Prepare quinoa according to package direction for number of servings desired.
- While it’s cooking dice cucumber into small pieces and chop parsley.
- When quinoa is ready mix in the cucumber & parsley.
- Add Sophisticated Syrup “Lime Merry Mint” to taste and mix well.
Can serve hot, warm or cold.
Optional: salt, pepper, Bragg’s Liquid Aminos, diced tomatoes, fresh or sun dried.
